Consultation Fee
Consultations for all treatments is free however we may ask for a fully refundable reservation fee/deposit of £30 at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This will either be refunded after the consultation is carried out or taken off any subsequent treatment bookings or products purchased. Users are under no obligation to purchase after the consultation is carried out.
Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their appointments made online within the allocated time frame defined by the service provider at the time of booking and any reservation fees/deposits will be refunded to the card used at the time of booking. Unfortunately, if the user fails to attend their appointment without giving 48 hours prior notice, the reservation fee/deposit will be non-refundable. If the service provider unilaterally cancels the booking, the reservation fee/deposit will be credited back to the card used at the time of booking. If an appointment has not been cancelled before the allocated cancellation period, the service provider reserves the right to charge the user the balance of the appointment cost. For pre-paid sessions, failure to cancel within the given time frame will result in the forfeiture of that appointment. For unpaid sessions or consultation appointments, failure to cancel within the given time frame will incur an additional charge of £100 which will be applied to the card used at the time of booking.
If there are two consecutive rescheduled/no show appointments, the service provider may discharge the user immediately from any services.
Important information
No treatments will be carried out without a prior consultation or patch test. Treatments cannot be carried out if the client is on any photosensitive medication in which the service provider has not already been made aware of. These conditions must not be treated under any circumstances:
General conditions; Pregnancy or aged under 18
Skin conditions; Moles / Vitiligo / Keloid Scarring / Tanned skin / Porphyria Xeroderma
Medical Conditions; Pacemaker / Kidney Disease / Heart Disease / Epilepsy / Lupus Disease / HIV / AIDS / Past history of cancer / Haemophilia
Drugs; Gold Injections / Anti Coagulants / Roaccutane

Refund policy
Omorphia Ltd does not offer any refunds. The only exception is by long term medical illness in which confirmation must be provided by a medical practitioner/certificate. By proceeding with purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights. Courses will expire within 18 months of purchase. If treatments are not used within this time frame, then they will become void.
Payment Methods
Omorphia Ltd accepts cash, Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and bank transfer. Third party finance options are available, in each case, the Terms & Conditions of the third-party provider will apply.
Gift Cards
By purchasing or using a gift card at Omorphia Ltd means you accept these conditions. Omorphia Ltd reserves the right, at our complete discretion to refuse the sale of gift cards to any person at any time for any reason. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, referred to another person or returned for a refund. Gift cards are not legal tender, account cards or credit or debit cards.
Gift cards must be kept secure. If your gift card is lost or stolen this must be reported immediately to Omorphia Ltd. Omorphia Ltd does not take any responsibility for and are not liable for any loss suffered by a lost or stolen gift card.
Gift cards may be replaced if faulty, lost or stolen at the absolute discretion of Omorphia Ltd. Any replacement gift cards will be issued at the same unused value (at the time of replacement). Gift cards will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way. Omorphia Ltd may cancel any gift card for any reason at any time without notice. If so, we may either provide a refund or replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation the a gift card. All gift cards remain the property of Omorphia Ltd. Gift cards purchased at Omorphia Ltd must be used within 1 year from the date of purchase.
Disclaimer
By consenting to treatment at Omorphia Ltd, users must be aware that clinical results may vary depending on individual factors, including but not limited to medical conditions/history, skin type, client compliance with pre- and post-treatment instructions and individual response to treatments. Users must be aware of short term side effects such as reddening, mild burning, temporary bruising or discolouration of the skin as well as the possibility of rare side effects such as scarring and permanent discolouration. Users must also be aware of and will be fully informed of the nature and purpose of the procedure, expected outcomes and possible complications. Users must understand that no guarantee can be given in terms of the final result obtained. All treatments carried out at Omorphia Ltd are of cosmetic concern and that the decision to proceed is based solely on the users desire to do so. Users must have informed all staff regarding any current or past medical conditions, diseases, or medications taken. Users must confirm that they do not currently or intend to, for the course of their treatment, self or fake tan in the area being treated. Failure to notify staff of any of the above may result in forfeiture of treatment. By signing the consent form, users consent to the taking of photographs and authorise their anonymous use for the purpose of medical audits, education and promotion and their use on social media or website. Users agree that by signing the consent form, you release and forever discharge Omorphia Ltd, its agents, officers and employees from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the material, including but not limited to, any and all claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or financial compensation and you waive all moral rights that you may have in the material.
Online shop pricing & availability
All products sold are priced in £ sterling including VAT at the current UK rate and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s). We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% genuine and come straight from the manufacturer. Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only and actual products may differ.
Delivery
We are currently only able to deliver to customers within the UK (Northern Ireland, England, Scotland & Wales). All deliveries are sent out using Royal Mail and may require a signature on receipt. We aim to dispatch all deliveries within 2-3 working days of receiving your order. Online Payments
Online payments can be made securely using Stripe. Payment will be debited to your account before dispatch of your purchase. Omorphia Ltd will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure but will not be held liable for any loss suffered if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data provided when ordering from Omorphia Ltd.
Online shop returns, order cancellations and incorrect items
If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on 028 9012 4621 within 3 working days of order receiving the order to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by second class post. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge. Please note errors occur time to time, if you have received an incorrect item please contact us on 028 9012 4621 within 3 working days of receipt to arrange the correct items to be delivered. Failure to contact us within this time scale will result in full payment of the item you wish to receive.
Online Shop Cancellations
Except at the busiest time of the year, e.g. Christmas, orders are normally dispatched to you within 3 working days of receipt by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by phone and confirm by email at the same time. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever. If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply :- When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have a “cooling off period” of 7 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from Beyond Skin. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us You must contact us by phone to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by second class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights It is always helpful to know why you have changed your mind and cancelled an order.
Online Shop Order Confirmation
Once your order has been received by Omorphia Ltd, you will be sent an email with confirmation of receipt. Omorphia Ltd reserves the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms & Conditions of sale.
Availability of Stock
We make every effort to maintain accurate and up-to-date stock information. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of any specific item. The availability of products is subject to change without prior notice. If an item you ordered is out of stock or unavailable for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternatives or issue a refund for the unavailable item.
Your right to complain
Omorphia Ltd, endeavours to treat all its clients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. If however, you have an issue with any matter in relation to your treatment, you are entitled to lodge a complaint, either verbally to staff to in writing to Omorphia Ltd. Omorphia Ltd will respond promptly to all complaints and we would also expect clients to keep to an agreed timetable for pursuing a complaint.
